Staff Accountant

Sunspear is looking for a Staff Accountant who can bring strength in accurate accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards, and supporting various financial activities within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Duties include general ledger maintenance, AP and AR, reconciliations, financial reporting, cross-functional collaboration and more. This is a full time position and reports to the CFO.

Solar Technician

We are hiring a Solar Technician 1 who will work to support the initial design, system troubleshooting, and final project closeout and commissioning of code-compliant residential solar photovoltaic & battery storage systems adhering to Sunspear's quality standards. This is a multi-faceted role and the right candidate will grow to become competent in performing initial site surveys for residential projects to hand off to the drafting & design teams. In this position, you will learn and employ troubleshooting techniques for the different Solar system configurations and manufacturers and be able to complete the final project closeout steps required on-site.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services necessary for our operations, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery.
