We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Intake and Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails from potential clients, qualifying leads, and managing them throughout the entire process of lead conversion to a closed sale. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly
Status: Full-Time
Compensation: ~ $20 / hour plus referral bonuses for self-generating leads.
